Ethos provides your business with one complete solution, covering three primary areas which are the main Office System, the Client Portal and the Mobile Portal. Each area has been designed specifically with the target user in mind when it comes to functionality and usability.           Dataflow The key to any successful enforcement business is the ability to quickly and efficiently stream new instructions in from your clients, get that new business actioned by your field bailiff teams and then get the returns back to your client with the minimum amount of office intervention. Ethos handles data integration and migration effortlessly by drawing on its libraries or bespoke data importers. During the enforcement process, your clients may view the progress of their collective and/or individual accounts by using the Client Portal and when the process is complete, Ethos can migrate the data back to your client’s database by using a predefined XML or CSV file format.     Automation During the process of integrating your client’s data into the Ethos database, accounts may be automatically booked out directly to a field bailiff. Once booked out, the bailiff is able to access his work using the Mobile Portal, saving the need to return to the office or use a PC. Ethos can give that bailiff a time limit to complete the work on the account and have it returned to office control. Realistically there are few scenarios where an account cannot be processed automatically and every action that could conceivably happen to an account has been pre-programmed into Ethos using the client’s template. This means that Ethos can collectively control the progress of all accounts, using these rules.     Reports A variety of reports are included with a default Ethos installation including; Client Statements, Statement Analysis, Daily Bank Reconciliation, Cashbook, Broken Arrangements, Daily Schedule, Payments Due and Bailiff/Client Performance to name a few. Our reports can be customised with filters and options to suit both your office and your client. Additional bespoke reports can always be created to meet your requirements.     Bespoke Ethos may be expanded to accommodate whatever features you require giving your business an edge over competitors.
