The Ethos Office system is the interface where users can directly control the progress of cases and setup the automated procedures managing them. Illustrated above is the Details Screen from which users have full control over a selected case and the ability to perform manual actions not included in the automated procedures. These may include; managing payment arrangements, adding fees, printing documents, changing status, letter routes and receipting payments.
